SHOMON AUTOMATIONS

Help turn a community vision into dependable services.

Investment and strategic partnership conversations focused on usefulness, reliability, and sustainable operations through a staged pilot.

SHOMON AUTOMATIONS is developing a community technology model that connects households, local service teams, and nearby businesses. We welcome investment and strategic partnership conversations focused on proving usefulness, reliability, and sustainable operations through a staged pilot.

In development for staged community pilots in Lapu-Lapu City. This page introduces a partnership conversation; any investment arrangement would require separate discussion and agreed terms.

The problem: everyday coordination takes effort

Finding the right local contact, explaining a household need, checking whether a request arrived, and arranging a nearby service can take repeated calls or several apps. Residents without smartphones or mobile-data subscriptions face additional barriers. Community teams and small businesses also need a practical way to receive requests and communicate what happens next.

The initial approach: begin in a defined neighborhood

A focused pilot would connect simple household terminals with participating community coordination teams. Local commerce is an adjacent capability to validate progressively once basic coordination is dependable.

Starting in a defined area can help us test coverage, support effort, participation, and service economics within a setting we can understand. It gives residents and operators a way to shape the workflow before wider expansion.

Potential business model: under evaluation

Commercial models under evaluation include:

Company revenue and amounts shared with participants would be accounted for separately. Gross transaction or advertising receipts cannot be treated as company earnings or participant payouts without considering costs and agreed allocations.

Free access to the planned SHOMON Network remains the intent. Equipment, power, support, and maintenance still need a sustainable funding model. The proposed service and owner programs explain current ambitions and unresolved terms.

Where partner support could help

Potential contributions include:

We would like to discuss the work required to refine the prototype experience, assess a suitable pilot setting, and measure whether the service is useful and sustainable. If a prototype is not yet ready for those tasks, the first milestone would be to establish what needs to be built and tested.

The scope of support would follow a discussion of readiness, responsibilities, and the work needed to produce useful evidence.

What the pilot should prove

These are proposed measures, to be defined and tested rather than presented as achieved results:

Together, these measures should help determine whether the approach is useful, dependable, and affordable to operate—and what must improve before expansion.

The partnership principle

Our purpose is to unite people, empower communities, and share value fairly. We are looking for partners who see commercial sustainability and community benefit as responsibilities to develop together.
