PRACTICAL IDEAS · SHARED POSSIBILITY
Solutions in Development
Exploring community wireless infrastructure, neighborhood communication, and practical hyperlocal services.
These are planned solutions and development directions. Services are not yet available; our intended first deployment area is Lapu-Lapu City.
Community wireless infrastructure
A local network with a local purpose: compact messages, community announcements, and requests that help neighbors coordinate essential needs.
We are exploring LoRa radio links and the Reticulum networking approach. Coverage, capacity, power, equipment placement, and maintenance must be tested before any deployment claims. Compatible gateways or terminals would be needed to connect ordinary phones to these radio links.
HomeSafe & GuardLink
A development direction for connecting households and guardhouses, helping residents send requests with the context needed to understand and acknowledge them.
The work includes the human side of reliability: who is on duty, who acknowledges a request, and what happens next. These concepts are not currently available emergency response services.
ShoGO
A planned hyperlocal platform connecting households with nearby merchants and delivery services for meals, groceries, and everyday essentials.
We also want to explore practical terminals and assisted ordering for residents without smartphones. A future design could use cached menus and compact order messages, with higher-capacity connections for richer browsing. Orders would still require merchant confirmation, available stock, and delivery coordination.
Measured progress, shared learning
A small pilot should establish what works before expansion. This journal will document ideas, prototypes, limitations, and lessons as the work develops.
